Hydrol
(42–50% DE | Sweetener, Fermentation & Feed Ingredient)
Hydrol is a thick, sweet liquid derived from dextrose production and is used in foods, confectionery, beverages, pharmaceuticals, fermentation industries and animal feed, where it functions as a cost-effective sugar substitute, sweetness source, fermentation substrate and texture improver. In foods and candies it contributes sweetness and bulk; in pharmaceutical formulations it acts as a syrup base; in ethanol, yeast and fruit-wine fermentation it serves as a carbohydrate source; in caramel colour production it supports processing; and in animal feed it provides digestible energy.
Glucose syrup (High-DE Liquid Dextrose)
(Sweetness, Body & Energy in Liquid Form)
High-DE Glucose Syrup is a clear, stable liquid sweetener used in candies, jellies, bakery, beverages, dairy, energy drinks, pharmaceuticals and nutrition products, where it provides sweetness, mouthfeel, viscosity, crystallization control and sustained energy. In confectionery and jellies it prevents sugar crystallization and creates smooth, glossy textures; in bakery and fillings it improves softness and moisture; in beverages and syrups it adds body and sweetness; and in sports and energy drinks it supplies readily available glucose for endurance and recovery
