EVERBIND is a food starch specifically designed for good thickening (stabilizer / binder / encapsulation agent) tendency.

Applications include: Rheological control agent, firming agent, texturizer in foods and cosmetics; Yoghurt, Puddings, Mayonnaise, Canned foods, Ice cream, Frozen microwave noodle, Sauce, Salad dressing, Seasoning, Tarre juice.

Usage Information:
EVERBIND is available in both the form of applications like a cook-up starch which can be dispersed by cooking & pasting at 95 deg C and Pregel form for cold water dispersion to form a smooth paste.
It can be used alone, or in combination with other.
The typical usage levels would be as per the desired functionality of the finished products / functionality/the crispness.
